Why drink green juices?

Green juice is the drink you can include in your healthy eating ritual all year round.


It is prepared from vegetables and green leaves and lemon, if needed (if you don't like the taste).

The most common leaves and green vegetables used are: spinach, beetroot leaves, kale, lettuce, lettuce of all varieties, celery, zucchini, bell peppers, cucumbers, aromatic leaves (parsley, hasmatuchi, dill, oregano, cilantro) dandelion, nettles, grass, sedge, radish and carrot leaves, broccoli - the darker the vegetables, the richer in nutrients!


This green juice is all the more necessary in the conditions of a chaotic diet, and deficient in nutrients. To my delight, this kind of juice is becoming more and more popular, even if the taste is not to everyone's liking at first!

How do you start?


But, as the habit is second nature, once you have persevered for at least 10 days in consuming it in the morning or in the evening (depending on each person's schedule) it becomes a must have that you will not be able to part with. And here's why!


Why is it important to drink green juice?


1) It has a low glucose (sugar!) content compared to the fruit juices that excel here. Therefore, in the case of diabetics, it is extremely beneficial in the long run.


2) It ensures rapid absorption of nutrients and is easily digested

Green juice is easy to digest and absorbed with minimal effort by the body. It contains a plethora of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes that are quickly absorbed into the blood and digested incredibly quickly, allowing the digestive organs to take a break.


All nutrients from leaves and vegetables reach the blood more quickly and in larger quantities if they are consumed in the form of juice, and not all with fiber. Imagine what it would be like to munch on 1 kg of green leaves and vegetables. I would have to "work" at least 2-4 hours, and, in addition, the amount of fiber would be much too high for the digestive system and it is possible to even generate bloating.


Moreover, anything that is ingested in a solid state demands and keeps the digestive system busy and implicitly requires a large amount of blood concentrated here, thus depriving other important organs of adequate nutrition during that period. Therefore, the more we do NOT hold the blood captive, focused on digestion, the more profitable it is for the body's economy. The juice, however, reaches directly into the bloodstream, offering "for free" everything it has that is most valuable.


3) It has an alkalizing effect on your body

An organism that does not have to "fight with food" to keep its proper homeostasis between alkaline and acid, is energetic, flexible, balanced and strong from an immune point of view.


At the opposite pole, an organism that is forced to use its resources to maintain a proper PH is predisposed to a multitude of degenerative diseases, infections, inflammations and cancer and other ailments. Green juice has the ability to maintain the appropriate PH without effort and without "spending" minerals from bones and teeth, thanks to the wealth of minerals and nutrients found in fresh green vegetables.


4) Provides the recommended daily dose of vegetables

The 6-8 servings of vegetables and fruits per day are, most of the time, impossible to "sneak" into a day's diet.

Especially since it is necessary to wait for each meal of the day to be efficiently digested, so also other foods you eat.

A liter of fresh vegetable juice provides you with plenty of this recommended daily dose!

And because you can include vegetables in the juice that you don't usually like to eat, you have even more to gain.


5) You will acquire a better immunity!

Green juice provides you with a consistent dose of phytonutrients and antioxidants and contains biophotonic energy capable of revitalizing the body and effectively supporting the immune system.


6) It helps you maintain your brain health and regain an excellent memory!

Specialist studies show that people who drink fresh juice at least 4 times a week have 76% less chance of developing Alzheimer's, compared to those who drink juice only once a week. Imagine that there are people who have never drunk anything like this.


7) Detoxifies the body

Green juice "allows" the body to cleanse itself of metabolic waste, allowing the digestive system, kidneys, blood and liver to detoxify much more easily.


8) It makes you feel energetic and full of life!

Because it is so rich in nutrients, green juice ensures an optimal pH balance, it is full of enzymes, chlorophyll and "electricity. What results is that the body energizes itself.

And the most motivating part is that you feel the "bust" of energy almost instantly! Just try it, I'm not saying believe me. The theory is verified in practice!


9) You get intense hydration!

Water is essential for body cells to function normally. Green juice helps to complete the 2 liters of fluids you need to drink every day.


10) You stimulate weight loss!

For this, you need to drink green juice with very little fruit or at best not at all. Fruit is eaten separately from any other food. In addition, green juice is rich in magnesium, which is found in large quantities in all green vegetables and easily absorbable proteins of a premium quality. When the body benefits from sufficient magnesium and fortified proteins, food cravings decrease, and you will eat less often and less because you simply won't feel hungry anymore.


I recommend 500ml-1000ml of green juice on an empty stomach, at least one hour before meals.
