How to take the first 6 steps to healthy weight loss

I am the creator of my results! You are the creator of your results!


Yes, I know, it doesn't sound comfortable when it comes to weight loss and health.

Do you look in the mirror and can't believe it or you don't like where you've ended up and what you see?

Or have you been to "n" doctors and they still haven't found a cure for you?


The answer is only up to you. What you did day by day and maybe still do, what you drink, what you eat, how and when you rest and how you relax and even what you put on your skin, and how you breathe and what kind of air, they all impact you to a greater or lesser extent, they leave traces in the way you look, how healthy and vital you are, and even how long and beautiful your life will be.


Of all the unpleasant consequences of a "harmful" lifestyle pattern, excess body weight is by far the most obvious, because...it is visible and especially because, sooner or later, it inevitably produces physical, mental discomfort and problems of health under the umbrella of chronic degenerative and even disabling diseases (coxarthrosis and gonarthrosis, fractures, vascular accident, heart attack, etc.).


Maybe you also "tried" a diet, two, three, like every other person* but you failed because you can't keep it up in diets indefinitely.

You also want to enjoy the "pleasures of life" and eat what you like (rather eat what you are already used to).


Or maybe you lost a few pounds but put twice as much back on. You don't understand why and you get blasé.

But the mirror doesn't give you peace, you don't like what you see (if I'm honest!) and the way you feel about your health doesn't calm you down at all.


If you have reached this point you know that you are the creator!

Let me tell you that you will also have to decide what you will do next to turn the wheel in the other direction.

I don't recommend starting another diet for a while to shed pounds and pounds. The highlight is that this really "works"! There are hundreds or thousands of diets that work and melt pounds, but unfortunately your health will suffer.


If you play with your body by experimenting from time to time with fad diets that do not take into account the physiology and biochemistry specific to the human body, you will certainly not reap good results.


I recommend you look in the mirror, possibly at your medical tests, and especially at how you feel.

And if you don't like what you see and feel, make the decision to change it forever.

You will not succeed at once. You will take steps towards "there". But take the first step by first informing yourself thoroughly.

1. PREPARING FOR THE TRANSITION TO A HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS DIET

  • It is necessary to know the point where you are,

  • to discover both the motivation in your WHY

  • as well as how you complete your actions (do you postpone them, complete them, or abandon them at the first hop?)

2. ELIMINATING FOODS THAT DO NOT SUPPORT THE HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS PROCESS


3. SHOPPING LIST


4. ESTABLISH A FOOD PLAN ACCORDING TO CLEAR RULES:

  • WHEN AND HOW MUCH YOU EAT,

  • FOOD COMBINATIONS,

  • THE WAY YOU DO YOUR GROCERY SHOPPING

5. INCLUDE MOVEMENT, RELAXATION AND REST


6. THE FOOD JOURNAL IS YOUR BOSS - YOU WRITE PERIODICALLY EVERYTHING YOU EAT
